Hi, Elaine! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Let's check out some of the ways to fill that rumbly in your tumbly when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!
You know what's great about Walt Disney World? They're so focused on the Guest experience that you can usually tailor things your own way. I'm a ridiculously picky eater, so I tend to order meals with extra of this ingredient, or holding that one. Sometimes I just want a smaller portion. More often than not, a kids' meal is just what I'm looking for. I've never had any issues ordering food from the kids' menu, especially at a
quick-service location. And since you're not using a
Disney Dining Plan this time around, you don't have to worry about how you'll use your credits. You can feel free to walk up to that counter and order whatever you like, and certainly you can share meals if you choose. It's entirely up to you!
Elaine, if you plan to enjoy a lot of quick-service meals on your vacation, you might want to give
Disney's Mobile Ordering a try! Just fire up your
My Disney Experience mobile app and go to the Mobile Ordering function. From there, you can peruse menus from many quick-service locations in the Theme Parks (and
coming soon to select Disney Resort hotels, too!), then place your order and pay right in the app. After that, just pick up your food at the counter without waiting in line. You'll be digging in and enjoying your meal before you know it!
I hope this helps you plan your Disney days, Elaine. Please come see us again if you have any more questions! Bon appetit!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
