Hi we have Tier 6 tickets and reservations for 4. 2 of our group of 4 is now pregnant and they are sick so they may have to cancel. I'm flying down so I can't cancel. Can we use their tickets for another day for ourselves?

Hello, Elaine! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you are here and have dropped in to ask us your question.

I'm sorry to hear that your plans to visit Disneyland Resort have changed and now a few members of your party may have to cancel. If your pregnant friends are not feeling up to their visit, their tickets can be used by someone else as long as they are wholly, unused tickets. The only hiccup you could encounter is that you will need theme park ticket reservations for those new days on those tickets. Once your friends have made their decision, you will want to cancel their reservations and make new reservations for the extra day as soon as possible to avoid that day booking up.

If your friends want to hold on to their tickets, they should have quite some time to use them before they expire. Tickets that have expired can have their value applied to a new ticket of equal or greater value according to the eTicket Terms and Conditions

I know that no matter what happens with your visit, you are sure to have a magical time enjoying the Disneyland Resort during the holidays. Be sure to take some time to enjoy Disney Festival of the Holidays over at Disney California Adventure Park.

Elaine, thanks again for stopping by! If you have any other questions about your upcoming visit we'd love to have you back again.

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
