What is a Tier List for fast passes. What does that mean?

    Hi Kristin!

Once you have navigated using the FastPass+ System you will find it is much easier then it seems. The hardest part will be to decide what everyone wants to use their FastPasses for in the parks. Please know that not everyone has to do the same thing either. For instance if you have half of the family that wishes to enjoy the thrill rides and then the other half that would rather do something a bit more tame you can book them for the same time period and just meet up afterward.

Each park has a list of attractions that you can reserve a FastPass for. The Magic Kingdom's list is the longest and it is hard to pick just three. The other parks have what they call a tiered system for the FastPasses. There is tier one where you are allowed to choose one attraction and then tier two where you will choose the other two choices for the total of three.

The attractions in Tier One for the Animal Kingdom park will be the two new Pandora attractions. You will have to choose just one of those and then pick two from Tier Two for your total of three.

In Hollywood Studios you will find the Tier One choices to be Toy Story Mania, Beauty and the Beast live show, Fantasmic viewing,Great Movie Ride, and Rock n Roller Coaster. Because all of these are Tier One you can only select one for your FastPass for that day. The other two again will come from the Tier Two attractions.

Finally, in Epcot you will find your toughest decisions for FastPasses. Tier One will include Frozen, Test Track, Soarin, and Illuminations Viewing. Some of these attractions will have the longest lines and you can only choose one from this list to use for your FastPass per day.

Hope this helps to figure out what you will want to reserve for your days in the parks. Initially you will choose three fastpasses for one park per day.
