Diana, you can certainly switch up your plans to explore
Disneyland Park instead of
Disney California Adventure Park, as long as Disneyland Park has reservation availability on the day you'd like to visit. So, the first step in making this change is to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability. Simply locate the date you'd like to visit and look at the icons underneath. In your case, the little pink castle icon will indicate that Disneyland Park is available that day.
Once you've verified that Disneyland Park has availability on the day you'd like to visit, you can go ahead and cancel your original Disney California Adventure Park Reservation. To do this, log in to your Disneyland account on the
Disneyland Resort Website. Hover over "My Disneyland" located on the menu bar, then select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to find your Disney California Adventure reservation and click "Cancel Park Reservation." Once you cancel this reservation, you'll be able to
make a new reservation for Disneyland Park.It may look like a lot in writing, but it is as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! The most important note is to make sure Disneyland Park is available to reserve BEFORE you cancel your other park reservation, as you don't want to be left without a park at all!
