Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Anna!
Disneyland Resort is such an exciting and entertaining destination, any time of the year offering
special events throughout the year to make each visit unique and enjoyable. I am happy you are thinking of visiting
The Happiest Place on Earth!Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, but if your ticket is unused, its value
may possibly be considered towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket, as long as the new theme park ticket value is equal to, or greater than the value paid for the original theme park ticket. This is where you may wish to consider any
Disneyland Resort Ticket Upgrades. I recommend that you
Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for further clarification and assistance with your existing theme park tickets, Anna.
Once everything is taken care of, it’s time to make your
Theme Park Reservations up to 120-days out from your intended arrival using your valid theme park admission before your arrival using your
Disneyland account, or via the
Disneyland Mobile App. This would be a good time to consider the
Disney Genie+ Service which will save you time waiting in lines at attractions, and one of the perks is that you will receive unlimited digital downloads of
Disney’s PhotoPass® Service attraction and “Magic Shot” photos. Disney Genie+ Service can be added via your Disneyland account in advance of your visit, or during your visit using the Disneyland Mobile App.
I hope this information is helpful, Anna, and I wish you every success with your theme park ticket matter, thank you for consulting us here at
planDisney, please don't hesitate to ask any further questions regarding your Disneyland Resort vacation planning.
Magical Wishes ~ Jacqueline
