How do tickets work for children under 3? Do they need a physical ticket or magic band? Or do they just need to be with an adult?

How ya doin', Kelsey, and welcome to planDisney!

Seeing the Walt Disney World Resort through a little one's eyes is its own sort of magic. Just based on your question, it sounds like it'll be your little buddy's first visit, so I'm warning you to pack your tissues in case a few big feelings overtake you. But enough tears, let's get y'all ready for next year's adventure!

I'm happy to tell you that Guests who are under the age of 3 years old are special Guests of the main mouse, himself. That's right, Mickey Mouse has decreed that those extra tiny travelers can enter the House of Mouse for free. There's no need to purchase them a ticket or a MagicBand at all, as they'll go right in with you. As a matter of fact, once you're inside, here's a list of attractions that y'all can enjoy together!

Pro-tip: While they won't need a ticket for entry into the theme parks, be sure to count them when making all Advanced Dining Reservations. They'll need to be in the number for all restaurant capacities in case of an emergency.

Kelsey, make lots of beautiful memories with your baby next year. Keep an eye out for next year's vacation packages to be released, and if you have any other questions, come right back. We're here to help!

    Happy planning!
    Taylor
