    Hi! I got Tickets for WDW for my Birthday from an authorized retailer. My hubby and I think about to stay in a WDW Resort the first time. Can we connect the stay with the Tickets? if Yes, can we also use the magic Band and the FP+ Booking 60 days prior?”

    We are thrilled to answer your first question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I highly recommend staying at a Disney Resort hotel. You will be able to enjoy benefits such as Extra Magic Hours, complimentary MagicBands, early access to FastPass+ planning (up to 60 days before arrival), and much more! 

    You can link both your tickets and your Disney Resort hotel reservation to your Disney account and use the tickets during your stay. Your admission tickets and hotel reservation will be linked to your account, and you can activate tickets upon arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. As a Guest, you will also receive complimentary MagicBands, so you can ask Cast Members at Front Desk to help you link your tickets to your MagicBands at the time of check-in. Please note that MagicBands are not shipped internationally, but they will be waiting for you at the hotel. With both your tickets and Disney Resort hotel reservation linked to My Disney Experience, you should have no problems making FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your arrival.

    Moms Panel tip: don’t forget that you can start making dining reservations 180 days in advance! I highly recommend California Grill for a special birthday celebration. Time your reservation right, and you may even enjoy Happily Ever After fireworks while dining!
