If I had tickets for 2020 but wasn’t able to use them because of the pandemic, am I able to renew them? If so, how? Thank you!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Gisel!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question and help you plan your future trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know you are going to have the most TIGGER-ific time ever!

Mickey Mouse and his pals completely understand that 2020 was a difficult and crazy year. However, I know he is VERY excited to help you figure out how to activate your expired Disneyland Theme Park Tickets in order for you to experience the MAGIC of the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH once again! A great place to figure out your updated expiration date is to scroll down to the bottom of the Disneyland Theme Park Reservation page. Here you will find modified expiration dates based on the current expiration of your tickets.

You should be able to load your current tickets on your Disneyland Mobile App to see your current, updated expiration date. If you are still having issues with your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, my recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member in Ticket Services. Now, I am sure you know that the wait time to call and speak to a Cast Member has been longer than normal the past few months. From my experience, I have found that calling in the evening will greatly decrease your wait time.

I hope this information is helpful in your planning process! Please let us know if you have other questions! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
