Welcome to planDisney, Heidi!
How cool is it that you still have Disney Parks tickets from the 1990s?! Some of my favorite Disney memories happened during that time, but these days, there is so much more to explore at the theme parks. From visiting the planet Batuu at
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to rocking out to songs on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, you’ll easily see that this is the BEST time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth.
The good news is that there is a chance that your theme park tickets can be redeemed. Here are a few ways to look into the value of your unexpired and unused tickets of yesteryear:
-Email photos of the front and back of each Super Pass or World Passport theme park ticket to Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Include your full name, the purchase date, and other identifiable information in the body of the email. Expect a response from a friendly Cast Member within 14 business days.
-Talk to a Cast Member on the phone using the
“Existing Tickets” phone number. They may be able to give you a quicker answer than waiting up to two weeks via email.
-If you’re still holding on to your physical tickets by the time of your visit, visit one of the ticket windows at the theme parks or check out the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to see your tickets have any current value.
I’m sending pixie dust your way! Heidi, if you have additional questions about your upcoming Disney vacation, feel free to
visit us again here at planDisney. I just know that you are going to have an amazing adventure.
Magic always,
LeAndra
