Hello, Ed,
Oh, bother! I’m so sorry to hear about that. I hope they can rest up and heal quickly. Of course, please feel free to make adjustments to your theme park reservations so you can all enjoy a visit to the Disneyland Resort at a later date.
Here’s how you would change your
theme park reservations. Start at the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page. You may also access that from the “Make a Park Reservation” button in the center ‘+’ menu of the
Disneyland mobile app and tap on the “View My Park Reservations” link. Once you are logged in, you should see your existing theme park reservations. Tap on the “Cancel Reservation” link for the date you wish to change. You may then select all or some of the tickets you wish to include in the reservation cancellation. Next, return to the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to book new reservations. Click the "Book Theme Park Reservation" link, then choose the theme park tickets to include with the new reservation, and proceed with selecting the desired date and starting theme park for each new reservation.
Standard multi-day
theme park tickets may be used within 13 days after the first day of use or until the expiration indicated at the time of purchase. So if your new visit dates are much later, you may need to cancel all of the existing park reservation days before the reservation system will allow you to rebook the first new date. If you purchased
Summer 2022 California Resident 3-Day Tickets, your new park reservations may be any three valid and
available dates through September 15, 2022. They don’t even have to be consecutive dates! There is some flexibility to help make your planning a little easier.
Tony’s Tip: The magic of a Disneyland Resort vacation may be delayed for a little while. But I hope you get a chance to enjoy a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth soon. If at all possible, I encourage you to schedule your visit before September 1, 2022. That will be the
last date that the
Main Street Electrical Parade and the
Disneyland Forever will be presented before they “glow away.” These are some of my favorite evening entertainment options. I hope you get a chance to enjoy them while they last.
Take care, Ed. And I’m wishing upon a star that each member of your party is as happy and healthy as can be.
~Tony
