My tickets were unable to be used due to covid, can i have them reinstated or refunded to purchase more?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Laura. I'm so happy to hear you're ready to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

While Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable, I'm pleased to tell you that you may be able to apply the value of your wholly unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. Isn't that super great? Call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985 and be sure to have all your ticket information on hand. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!

At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once your tickets are sorted out and linked to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and make those all-important Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. With your tickets and reservations set to go, you'll be ready to experience pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks!

Did you know the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival just began? You won't want to miss this special event!

I hope this was helpful, Laura. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
