I have tickets. When I try to load them onto the disney app to make my reservations, it says, "We're having trouble getting ticket and pass information right now. It has been doing this for two days. I tried calling and all lines are busy.

    Hiya Kathy! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness, in just a few short days, your family will be joining in on the fun of The World's Most Magical Celebration on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. During Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, there is so much to enjoy, including the EAResistible celebratory bites found at every turn. Since it looks like you will be visiting Magic Kingdom Park, visit Gaston's Tavern to check out the Donald Duck Dome Cake. I can't wait for my next trip to try that one!

Oh boy, I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting your theme park tickets linked up to your My Disney Experience account. I have a few ideas on how we may be able to get that fixed for you. First, it seems like you’re using the My Disney Experience mobile app. It might be helpful to start fresh by deleting the app from your phone and redownloading it to your device. Then, you can try the steps below to get them linked up.

    • Locate your ticket ID number from your email confirmation (under the barcode on the upper right corner).
    • Once you have that, log into your My Disney Experience account, and open the menu (three stacked lines on the bottom right corner).
    • Then, click on "Tickets and Passes” and "Link Tickets & Passes.”
    • From there, enter the number under the barcode manually or click on "Scan Code" to scan the bar code from your confirmation.

That should do the trick! But, if not, my next recommendation would be to try linking them via your web browser by following these steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience Account from the Walt Disney World Resort website.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the upper right corner, and click on “My Plans” from the drop-down menu.
    • From there, hover over “Park Tickets” and click on “Link Tickets.”
    • You’ll then be able to put in your ticket ID number, hit submit, and you should be all linked up.

Unfortunately, if these steps don't work, you will need to reach out to Guest Relations to get this fixed. I know the wait times are lengthy these days, so alternatively you can use either the live chat feature or email them directly. Both options are available via the Help Center directory page of the Walt Disney World Resort website.

I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation, feel free to visit us again, and we will be happy to help!

    See you real soon!
