I'm not sure what could be happening with your tickets because we can't access your Disneyland account, but I have an idea. It's possible that you already have reservations and names linked to the tickets if you purchased them directly from the
Disneyland Resort. To check if that's the case, you can go to your Disneyland account and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details."
On the next page, you will click on "
View My Park Reservations" to see if you already have reservations under these four tickets. If the reservations are not there, I think the best course of action is to
call the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. I'm sure the Cast Members will be happy to chat and help you secure your reservations, Rebecca!
