Can tickets be transferred to a different account?

Hey there, hi there, Zamyah! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to have you here!

It looks like you will be heading to Disneyland in just a few days, and I am thrilled for you! Tickets can be transferred to another account by taking the ticket numbers and linking them to an account through the Disneyland website, the Disneyland app, or by contacting Ticket Services. A ticket can be linked to more than one account. If the ticket is partially used, it can be transferred to another account, but it cannot be used by anyone besides the person who initially used the ticket. If you have more specific questions about transferring your tickets, I recommend reaching out to Ticket Services.

The Disneyland app makes it easy to link tickets by tapping on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right and then tapping on "My Ticket & Passes". There will be a blue "+" at the top right that will trigger a drop-down for you to link tickets. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the app ahead of your visit as it's full of lots of helpful tools for your visit. The map lets you see attraction wait times, where to find characters, and helps you locate the closest bathroom. It also lets you see dining options and menus, as well as lets you mobile order from participating locations.

Zamyah, I hope you have a wonderful visit this week! See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
