We have tickets for A Touch of Disney. Your rules state that neck gaiters are not allowed. I have a difficult time wearing a mask with ear loops, because the ear loops interferes with my hearing aids. Is there an exemption for those that wear hearing aids?

    Hello there, Rick!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you’re planning to attend A Touch of Disney soon! You’re going to love perusing the park, sampling tasty bites, browsing the shops, and pausing for fun photo ops! If you haven’t already, be sure to download the Disneyland mobile app. It’s the best way to order food and drinks at quick-service dining locations and Marketplaces during the event.

An appropriate face covering that is made with at least two layers of fabric and fits securely under the chin is required for all Guests ages 2 and up. As you mentioned, neck gaiters are not currently one of the accepted face coverings that can be worn while exploring the Disneyland Resort. While masks with ear loops are the most common choice, Guests may also wear a face covering that is secured with ties around the head. These face coverings are fully adjustable and the ties don’t put any pressure on the ears at all. I have worn this type myself and find it really comfortable for all-day wear. I think it might be a great style for you to try.

I hope this information helps you plan, Rick, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted day at A Touch of Disney! Please write back with any other questions you may have. We’d love to hear from you again.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
