    I have tickets that I have tickets that have Max Pass on them. Since that is now gone, what do I do? Can I get my money back?

    What a bummer you were unable to take advantage of the Disney MaxPass you purchased before the Disneyland Resort theme parks were forced to close in 2020 due to the pandemic. Disney MaxPass was such a neat program that combined the ability to make Disney FASTPASS selections, with unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads for the day. Traci, Disneyland Resort has been offering Guests refunds for their previously purchased Disney MaxPass. To submit an inquiry for a refund, just head to https://disneyland.disney.go.com/help/email/. In the drop-down “Subject” box, be sure to select “Disney MaxPass Refunds” and type your questions in the appropriate box. Soon, you’ll receive a response directly from a Cast Member regarding your option for previously purchased Disney MaxPass.
