Hey there, Donna! I am so happy to welcome you to planDisney. A last-minute trip to
Walt Disney World Resort sounds practically perfect in every way!
You can easily
purchase theme park tickets online and see the cost with the options you may want to consider. Currently, it looks like you can get a 2-day base ticket for $265.07 plus tax. The 2-day ticket could be used any two days between August 17 and August 20, 2024. This is a date-based ticket, so theme park reservations are not required.
You can also add options to the ticket, depending on how you plan to spend your days. With the base ticket, you can go to one park per day. If you would like to see as many of the four theme parks as possible over the weekend, you may want to add the
Park Hopper option. With this, you can spend time in multiple parks each day.
You can check out the
theme park hours calendar, which includes when each park opens and closes. It also shows you the times for any parades, fireworks or nighttime entertainment, like
Happily Ever After,
Fantasmic! and
Wonderful World of Animation.
Your tickets will be available through Will Call. If you have a MagicBand or
MagicBand+, you just need to assign the tickets to the Guests who will be going, and you will be able to head straight to the gates and scan in to start the fun. You can also set up
Disney MagicMobile and use your cell phone to access your tickets. If you need a Key to the World card, you can stop by the ticket center at the front of the theme parks. They will ask you to present the email confirmation of your ticket purchase, the credit card you used, and your driver's license.
It won't be long before you are walking down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. It's the heartbeat of a holiday!
If you have any other questions, please
come see us again!
Cheers!
