    We have tickets for the theme park for November How do we purchase genie+

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, you’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Nannette!

    Yippie, for purchasing your theme park tickets! As you gear up for an incredibly magical vacation, I do hope you’ve made your Disney Park Pass reservations, as these are required along with your tickets to enter the theme parks.

    Nannette, to add the Disney Genie+ service to your tickets, you will have to modify them. The easiest way to do this is to open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and select Tickets and Passes. Then, please locate your tickets and select the “Change Ticket” link to add the Disney Genie+ service, and you should be good to go! 

    With the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Selections, you can select the next available arrival window for select Lightning Lane attractions, making your vacation run as smoothly as possible!
