My tickets are on someone else’s account. How do I transfer?

    Hello Sierra!

Welcome to planDisney!  You are so close to your upcoming adventure and I'm sure you are eager to get everything lined up perfectly. You are in for a real treat as you will be arriving during the International Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT. It's my favorite time of year and your arrival coincides with the Garden Rocks Concert Series performance of "Simple Plan." My millennial heart is so jealous. Make sure to check out all the delicious foods and if you want a good seat for the show consider booking a Garden Rocks Dining Package. You are eating dinner anyway, so why not combine it with a great guaranteed seat at the concert?

As for transferring tickets, it is possible as long as no one has used them yet. If they are not used then all you need to do is have the person who has the tickets "reassign" them to you. Tell your friend to log into their My Disney Experience Account. For this to work, they must be linked to you via the Family & Friends list. If they don't see your profile on their list, they need to scroll down and click "+ Add a Guest" to enter your name and age to find you. Make sure you accept her desire to "plan" with you. Once you are linked, they can head back to the main My Disney Experience page and scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Then click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." All the tickets they may have in their possession should be viewable now. Underneath the ticket will be a drop-down menu that says "Reassign Ticket. " Your friend should see in the drop-down options your name and profile. They can click on your name and easier than you can say "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" you will find yourself in possession of a precious ticket.

If you continue to have trouble I would ask your friend to contact the Cast Members at "Existing Tickets" for their help. I hope this helps and that you have a magical time! Let me know if you have any more questions!

    Happy Planning!

We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
