Hi Luis! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Guests currently need both a valid admission ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks. If a day or a park is full and no
theme park reservations are available online, there won't be any available reservations at the main ticket booths either. They don't hold back theme park reservations for the day of purchase. I'm sorry if that's disappointing!
If you have your heart set on a day or park that is currently full, I don't recommend coming to the parks with the hope you'll get a reservation. It would be a very unmagical experience to be turned away. I do recommend diligently checking availability, however. Guests' plans change, and when they do, you can pick up a reservation they've canceled. It's never guaranteed, but sometimes you get lucky checking throughout the day. Maybe set a reminder on your mobile device to check on the hour every hour. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
I'm looking at your preferred date on the
theme park reservation availability calendar, and it shows availability for Disney California Adventure Park. That might not have been your preferred park, but I'm here to tell you that you'd have a great time! Especially with the
Lunar New Year celebration underway in that park. The celebration of the Year of the Dragon features festive food and drinks, activities, and entertainment you don't want to miss. Check out the
Foodie Guide by Disney Eats and tell me you're not hungry! Plus, Disney California Adventure Park has my favorite themed land of any park: Cars Land. I just know you'd have a magical time.
I hope this helps.
Elizabeth
