Halloween season!
Typically, if you purchase standard
theme park tickets from the Disneyland Resort website then they should show up in your MyDisney account right after you purchase them. When you purchase tickets this way, you'll also make your
theme park reservations as part of the purchase process and there are a few ways to confirm the details.
First, you can check your email for the purchase confirmation. You can search in your inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation" and it should pop up. This email will have your ticket purchase information and the expiration date of the tickets.
Second, you can check in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. To do this, tap the menu button (the three horizontal lines) then select "My Tickets & Passes" and you should see your tickets in the next screen.
Third, you can look in the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. This also happens to be a really convenient place to make or manage all the different types of reservations you might want for a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
If you don't have any luck with those methods or if you purchased your tickets through a different method, then I would recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get a more detailed answer for your specific situation.
