I got tickets for several family members. Is it possible for some of them to get their tickets from the will call desk without me being there?

Hi there, Yuliana! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just a few days away now! You must be so excited to spend time with family at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

From your question, I'm not sure if you're trying to buy Florida Resident tickets for your family members. If your relatives are also Floridians, they must each show their own proof of Florida residency at Guest Relations before using them to enter a Theme Park. If your relatives don't live in Florida and you purchased them non-resident tickets, you have a couple of options. First, if they have MagicBands, make sure you're linked to your relatives in your My Disney Experience account and just assign the tickets to them. If they can then view the tickets in their account, they should be active and your relatives can go straight to the Park entrance and tap their MagicBands to enter. If they don't have MagicBands, they can visit Guest Relations to pick up admission cards. As long as the tickets are linked to their accounts in their names, your family members should be able to pick them up.

Yuliana, you may want to give Guest Relations a quick call to make sure you've bought the correct tickets for your family and double check the ID requirements. They'll be able to give you the best options for your family.

I hope this helps you plan a magical family vacation, Yuliana! Please stop by again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
