I just got tickets and it says. Order is being processed. How long does it usually take for it to be processed?

Hey howdy hey, Darrin! You’ve got a friend in me at planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing us your question.

I’m so excited to hEAR that you’ve recently purchased tickets to the Happiest Place on Earth! You’re going to make so many special memories! Typically, my Disneyland Resort confirmation emails say that it may take up to 24 hours to access your eTickets after receiving your purchase confirmation. If it has been longer than that, I recommend calling a Cast Member for assistance at (714) 781-4636, and they’ll be happy to help you! Once you have your tickets, you’ll want to set up your park reservations – just remember that you’ll need a reservation for every day you hold a theme-park ticket.

As you prepare for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app – it’s my favorite handy helper in the theme parks! My family and I love taking advantage of the mobile ordering option, which saves valuable park time. You can also use the app to access the new Disney Genie and Genie+ services to help you experience the perfect Disney day!

I can’t wait for your magical adventures to begin, Darrin! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… we’re all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
