My tickets are saying ther are linked to another account- please help me track down what account my ticket got linked to.

    Hi Jeanessa,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question.  I am so excited for the reopening of Disneyland Resort, I can't wait to be strolling through New Orleans Square with a Mickey-shaped beignet!

I am so sorry you are having some issues with your Theme Park Tickets, hopefully you will be able to get the bottom of this in no time!  It sounds like you have already linked your Theme Park Tickets on either the Disneyland Resort website or the Mobile App.  First, double check that you are using the same email for both the App and website.  A few years ago, I had trouble when locating my Theme Park Tickets because I had multiple email addresses associated with my Disney Account.  If that doesn't solve the issue, I suggest calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 in order to speak with a Cast Member.  They will be able help get everything sorted out and make sure your Theme Park Tickets assigned to you.

Once you have your Theme Park Tickets properly assigned, you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations.  Currently, Theme Park Reservations are available up until June 28, 2021.  More reservations will be added on a rolling basis so I encourage you to check back frequently.

Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope your Tickets are properly linked soon, Jeanessa.  If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
