My tickets say they are linked to my account but do not show up in My Tickets.

Hi, Kellie! Welcome to planDisney! I hope you're having a magical Christmas with your family!

I'm so sorry you're having trouble locating your tickets in your My Disney Experience account. Let's try a couple of ways to make those tickets appear. First, one thing I've noticed is that sometimes if you're using the mobile app it helps to switch to the computer and vice versa. We'll give that a try first. If you've been looking for your tickets in the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone, take a look on the website in your browser. If you were using the website, try switching to the app. I don't know why, but sometimes it works!

Next, let's make sure the tickets were indeed linked. If you purchased them directly from Disney while signed in to your account, they should have linked automatically, but it's possible that they didn't. Go to the email you received when ordering your tickets and look for the confirmation number. Then, head over to the "Link Your Tickets and Purchases" page on the Walt Disney World website and follow the directions to link your tickets using that number. If they weren't linked for some reason, that should take care of it.

Also, you should double check to make sure the tickets were purchased under your account and not someone else's. If a spouse or other family member also has an account, it's possible you were in the other account at the time of purchase. If that's the case, you can connect your accounts via the Family & Friends list to share plans, including the tickets.

If you're still unable to see your tickets in your My Disney Experience account, you'll need to give Guest Relations a call and have a Cast Member check on your tickets for you. They can access your account to see exactly what's going on. Do be prepared for a bit of a wait, however, since the phone lines have been very, very busy this holiday season.

Kellie, I have my fingers crossed that your tickets are safe and sound right where they're supposed to be! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and have a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
