    I have tickets that say they will expire in Sept. How can we get that date extended?

    With so many Guests changing their plans (and making new ones!), it is no wonder that you have Theme Park Tickets linked to your account that you have not yet been able to use. But, never fear, as the wonderful Cast Members at Disney Existing Tickets are ready and waiting to help you and are just a phone call away! As long as the Tickets remain unused, you should be able to apply the balance paid for your existing Tickets toward new ones!

    Adriana, once you have your Theme Park Tickets, you will be able to make Disney Park Pass Reservations via your My Disney Experience Account. Each Guest needs a Park Pass Reservation plus a valid Theme Park Ticket for each day they wish to visit a Theme Park. Make sure to download the newest version of the My Disney Experience Mobile App before you travel so that you can truly have your plans at your fingertips every step of the way! Please know that anytime we can help with your plans, you can visit us again and ask away!
