    I have tickets for this Saturday, April 23, 2022. My son sprained his ankle last night and I'm not sure we can make the trip. Can I get a refund? Or can I use the tickets at a later date? Thank you! Marty

    Thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope your son is feeling better today. Please tell him that we all send planDisney hugs! 

    I hope you can both make it to the Disneyland Resort to have a lot of fun this weekend. The Disneyland Resort offers ECV and Wheelchair rentals if he can't stand for a full day, and he'll be able to enjoy many attractions without any problems. The Disneyland Resort does a great job of accommodating all visitors, and your boy will be more than welcome! 

    If he needs a little more time to heal, though, don't worry. Even if you don't use the tickets now, you will be able to apply the value of your unused park tickets towards a new theme park ticket. 

    Please let us know if you decide to come at a later date. We will be thrilled to help with restaurant ideas or suggestions!
