    We have tickets reserved for this weekend.... how do I cancel my reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you found us and sent your question about Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and reservations. I’m sorry to hear your plans to visit this weekend have changed, but don’t worry! I can help you get it all sorted out.

    Your existing theme park reservation can’t be modified, but you can certainly cancel it and book a new one by logging into your account on Disneyland.com and visiting “Ticket and Reservation Details” under the “My Disneyland” tab. You can also make changes on the home screen of the Disneyland mobile app under the “Ticket and Reservation Details” heading by tapping “Learn More” and then “View My Park Reservations.” Be sure to check on the availability of reservations for your new date and/or theme park before cancelling your first reservation if there’s any chance you may opt to keep your original dates.
