We have tickets and reservations for this week but are unable to come and do not know when we can reschedule for. Can I get a refund or a voucher? Thanks

    Hi Robert! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you will need to change your plans. I've had to move around a few trips myself this year and it's definitely not ideal, but I like to look at it as just hitting pause on the magic! The good news is that your ticket is valid up through its expiration date, so you can keep dreaming of your Disneyland Resort adventures until you can make your way to the Happiest Place on Earth!

While tickets are non-refundable, you can use both 1-day tickets and multi-day tickets through their expiration date and theme park reservations can be easily canceled and rescheduled. Simply go to "Tickets and Passes" in your Disneyland Mobile App or "Tickets and Reservation Details" in the "My Disneyland" tab on the website. You will be able to cancel theme park reservations from here and also check the date that your ticket will expire. Note that there is tiered pricing for 1-day tickets. If you are making the change to a new date, you will need to ensure that the new ticket is of the same tier or lower than the original. If you're unsure about the tiered pricing, feel free to give our Guest Services a ring! If for some reason you are unable to make it before your ticket expires, you can apply the value to the purchase of a new ticket, so there's always a way to find your way back to Main Street, U.S.A.!

I asked the Genie to take a peek into the future and I'm very happy to report that there are a lot of fun things in store for the Disneyland Resort in 2022! Knowing that these are on the horizon may help in planning your next trip. My family loves to attend the Lunar New Year Celebration and Disney California Adventure Park's Food & Wine Festival! This year will also see the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade, Fantasmic! and World of Color this spring. I can't think of anything more magical than seeing these classic nighttime spectaculars make their grand return and light up the sky!

Well, Robert, I truly hope you found this helpful. If you have any questions at all, we're always here for you at planDisney. Feel free to reach out anytime, you've always got a friend in me!
