Greetings, Bryant, and a warm welcome to you from planDisney!
Thank you for coming to us with your question. I'm thrilled for you to be visiting the Disneyland Resort this coming fall! It's my favorite time to visit because the Resort will be decorated for
Halloween, with characters in costume and yummy treats to whet your appetite.
Oogie Boogie Bash has also been confirmed for this year as well, so be on the lookout for ticket sales to begin.
Although I don't have access to your account, I can offer some troubleshooting tips. First, make sure you've downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App, not My Disney Experience which is specific for Walt Disney World. If you have printed eTickets, there should be a bar code and a ticket ID number on it. Within the app, use the "Link to Account" button to scan these to link your tickets. It will be handy to have everyone's tickets linked together on one device so booking Lightning Lanes will be easier once you purchase
Genie+. If you are still having problems with your tickets, I would recommend contacting a Cast Member at
Disneyland Ticket Services. If you haven't already, make sure you have valid reservations for the days that you would like to visit by checking on the
Tickets and Reservations page.
Since you already have your tickets, keep in mind that you won't be able to purchase Genie+ until you scan into the Park. And here's a tip: set a two hour timer after you make each Lightning Lane to be reminded when you can make a new booking (unless you've already redeemed your current one). If you've purchased the Park Hopper option, remember that you may begin hopping at 11 a.m. too!
Bryant, I hope you are able to work this through and link your tickets. Please feel free to visit us again at planDisney anytime you need something! We're here to help!
Have a Magical Day!
