Disneyland Resort will be open in two days...hip hip hooray! The anticipation feels like what Cinderella must have experienced as she rode that magical carriage to the Grand Ball. I hope you have this sensation, too as you look forward to your Disneyland Resort vacation.
While we are all super excited about the reopening of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park, this will be what we call a
phased reopening, following state and local regulations. So naturally, some attractions, shows, and experiences will have to wait a bit longer before they can be rolled out. The
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique falls into this category of needing a little more time before the Fairy Godmothers-in-Training can wield their magic wands to create royal transformations. Hey, wasn’t it Cinderella who once said, “Even miracles take a little time”? Well then, let’s give Disneyland Resort time to brush off the dust and get all the cobwebs out before everything is fully functional.
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique shop will still be open, offering clothing and accessories fit for a prince or a princess. What fun it would be to make a special occasion of visiting the shop, getting an outfit for your child, and letting him or her wear it immediately in the park; make your own magic, I say! Oh, the fabulous photo opportunities that would follow, especially with Sleeping Beauty Castle as the backdrop.
Since it’s unclear what will be the midnight moment for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reopening, my planDisney tip is that you follow both the

Disney Parks Blog for any updates. Soon, the glass slipper will fit and this sensational salon will be back to doing what they do best: making magical makeovers and memorable moments.
