Hiya Crystal,
Welcome to planDisney! I hope you are excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I love visiting during the holidays! One of my favorite things to do is check out the
gingerbread houses and displays at the various Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotels. Even though I'm not a fan of the taste of gingerbread, the smell is heavenly, and Disney Imagineers are masters at building with this holiday treat.
First off, great job getting your
Disney Park Pass Reservations all squared away! It is a crucial step sometimes missed by Guests when preparing for their visits with so many other things to plan for. Now about ticket cards, unfortunately, once you select a method of delivery at checkout (such as email), it cannot be changed. Don't worry, though, if you are looking for a physical ticket card, you can pick one up in Orlando at either Guest Relations at Disney Springs, the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel, or the ticket counter at the Theme Parks. Show them your ticket confirmation email, and a Cast Member will hand you a complimentary ticket card for each group member. Since you mentioned only having one MagicBand, I highly suggest doing this instead of just using the email delivery method. MagicBands can only be linked to one person and their individual tickets, so you cannot use just one for your entire party. Another reason to do this is to save your mobile device battery. I find that my phone tends to lose power quickly due to all the pictures I'm taking and frequent check-ins to the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you only have the email delivery, you would need to ensure that your phone retained enough battery to get you through the entire day.
I hope this was helpful, Crystal! Before I let you go, if there is anything else we can do, please come back and see us at planDisney.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
