I'm so sorry to hear about your family emergency. I hope things worked out for the best and your family is doing okay. Your
tickets should still be valid but without seeing them it's hard to say until when. If you purchased them recently through Disney then they should be valid through January 12th 2025. If you purchased them a while ago or through a third party then the expiration date could be different. In a worst case scenario, if your tickets expire then they still hold their value and you would be able to use the amount paid for these tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. It becomes a credit that stays on your account and never expires.
There are a few ways you can check for the expiration date on your tickets. The easiest way to do so is on the Disneyland mobile app. Click on the “hamburger” in the lower right hand corner and then click on
Tickets and Passes. You'll be able to see all tickets linked to your account and it will show the expiration date. If you're on the Disneyland website, you'll hover over
My Disneyland in the upper right hand corner and then select
Ticket and Reservation Details. You'll see all tickets linked to your account and their expiration date. The last option would be to call
Ticket Services and a cast member will be able to tell you the expiration date on all tickets linked to your account.
