I have tickets and reservations for the CA parks in September for my daughter and myself. Should she have an account also? If so, how do I link them? And how can I keep her from seeing the amount I paid for our trip? Thanks!

Hey there John! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney and bringing us your question. I love to hear that you have planned a trip with your daughter to Disneyland Resort. How special that is!

While all receipts will go to your email address, if you booked a Disneyland Resort Hotel Package or just booked a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation through the Disneyland website, she could possibly see the price if she was logged into your Disney account. If you only purchased tickets to the parks, you wouldn't see that receipt or information by using your account.

With that being said, I personally think that it wouldn't be a bad idea to have her create her own account. This is because by doing this, she could add her own payment options to her profile so she can easily mobile order food from the Disneyland app, as well as shop in stores through the app, and then have access to her ticket. She could also link your ticket in there as well so that you both have them as a backup.

Once she has created her account, she will open the Disneyland app and click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen. Then, click on "Tickets and Passes". On this screen, click the "+" at the top right of the screen to select "Link Tickets & Passes". At the bottom of the next screen, click on "Enter the ID number". Now you will just need to share the ticket ID number of her ticket and your ticket too with her and she can fill those in. Now the tickets will be linked to her account too!

John, I hope this information is helpful for you and your daughter. I sincerely wish you both the most magical time in the parks together! See you real soon!
