Hello Luis, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. Good news! If you purchased theme park tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website, you likely have reservations already. Before finalizing your ticket purchase, you were asked to select a date to visit the theme parks, and this automatically reserved your spot. Let's do a few things to ensure you're on your way to having a magical day with Mickey Mouse next month.
Start by logging into your Disneyland account. Find the "My Disneyland" heading on the right-hand side of the home page, and use the drop-down menu to select "My Plans." Scroll down to see if any
theme park reservations appear. If not, highlight "Theme Park Reservations" and click "Make a Reservation." Scroll down again and look for a list of "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations." You should see your tickets with associated theme park reservations here.
Luis, if you still can't find your theme park reservations and aren't able to make any when clicking on the "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" button, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member by
phone to investigate further.
Best wishes for a memorable visit next month! If your trip includes a stop at
Disneyland Park, don't miss
Magic Happens Parade, returning in just a few weeks. It's the BEST live entertainment in Disneyland Resort! Line up early to secure a good spot; I like to stand between
"it's a small world" and the
Matterhorn Bobsleds to enjoy the parade as soon as it starts. Thanks again for sending your question to planDisney, and have a magical day!
