Hi there Jose,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. I am happy to see that you are planning a visit to
Disneyland Resort once it officially reopens in a few weeks, I can't wait to be back at the Happiest Place on Earth!
With the new implementation of the Theme Park Reservation System, guests are required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter into a Theme Park. In order to make a Theme Park Reservation, guests will need to have purchased a valid Theme Park ticket first. I recommend checking for availability prior to purchasing your Theme Park Tickets using the
Theme Park Availability Calendar.
Once you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you will be allowed to secure your
Theme Park Reservations in 4 easy steps:
- Sign in to your Disney Account or create a new account if you don't already have one. If your Theme Park Tickets aren't already linked, you will need to add them to your account.
- Create your Party. Much like your Theme Park Tickets, if the rest of your groups Theme Park Tickets aren't linked you will need to add their Tickets as well. To add additional Theme Park Tickets you will need to have the Theme Park Ticket Number as well as the guest's name.
- Select the day and Theme Park you wish to visit. If you are planning on visiting multiple days, this step will need to be repeated for each day you plan on visiting.
- Review and confirm your reservation, which includes filling out a Covid-19 liability waiver. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with a QR code that you will need to use along with your valid Theme Park Tickets to enter into a Theme Park.
I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort, Jose. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit, we are always happy to help.
