I have 4 tickets and a reservation for Friday the 18th of March. I need to cancel this reservation. Can I keep my tickets for another time?

    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney.

SQUIRREL! Schedule change alert incoming. Plans change all the time and your Fairy Godmother is here to make sure you do not lose the value of your Theme Park Ticket. While Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, I have a suggestion for you.

You have until midnight the day before your scheduled first day to make changes to your ticket without penalty. Log into your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans." Locate your tickets and click on "Change Tickets." Here you will be given the option to upgrade, change the ticket type, and start date. Choose another day to visit the park and submit. Please note, ticket prices are date-based. If there is an increase in cost, you are responsible for the difference. I also suggest you check Theme Park Reservation Calendar to verify your dates are available. Once you secure new dates for your tickets head back to the Theme Park Reservations page to lock in your selections.

Make sure to reschedule in time for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The theme park is budding with living topiaries, outdoor kitchens, and live music at the Garden Rocks Concert Series.

Stay up to date with all the new Walt Disney World Resort announcements and happenings at the Disney Parks Blog. For all your Disney vacation questions, come back to planDisney. We are here to help!
