How do I get my tickets resent to my email?

    Hi, Miranda!

Uh oh! Is Experiment 626 (aka Stitch) causing trouble and interfering with getting your ticket confirmation email to your inbox? Hopefully, we can identify a few options to help get you on your way to The Happiest Place on Earth!

An email message from the Disneyland Resort recently inadvertently landed in my email spam folder. If you were expecting a Disneyland Resort ticket purchase confirmation but didn't see one show up in your main inbox, perhaps Stitch hid it in your spam, junk mail, or trash folder as he did with my email. In case it helps to search for a specific email in a proverbial haystack, it looks like theme park ticket emails that I've received lately come from the email address dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com and have the subject line "Disneyland Confirmation" followed by the purchase confirmation number in parentheses.

If you used your MyDisney account to purchase your tickets, you may not even need that email. That's because your eTickets should automatically be linked to your account and are likely all set to be used as planned at the time you purchased them. If you feel like you need to either confirm or make adjustments to the theme park reservations associated with your tickets, you may do so on the park reservations page. Just click the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button.

If your tickets are already linked to your account, you'll find easy access to them in the Disneyland mobile app. Once you are logged in to your account in the app, you will find your eTickets on the "My Tickets & Passes" screen found on the ☰ feature menu of the app. You may also see dates or parks of future theme park reservations on the "Future Plans" screen of the app, also accessed from the ☰ feature menu. To enter a Disneyland Resort theme park at the new entry gates, you'll simply hold your mobile phone under the scanner with the Disneyland app displaying your tickets, swiping one at a time to display each ticket. It's even OK if all tickets are shown on just one mobile device. Though, it's also OK to link park tickets and passes to all of the accounts of members of your party. You can link tickets on the website using the ticket number shown on the app. Or you can use the camera from the Disneyland app on one phone to scan the barcode of a ticket displayed on another phone to link even more conveniently.

One more thing you might be interested in is reaching out to the Disneyland Resort tickets support phone line or connecting with the Disneyland Resort via chat on the Disneyland Resort website or in the Disneyland mobile app. I have found that the friendly Cast Members on the phone or chat are always glad to help get me set up with what I need. With information such as your MyDisney account login email and other data to verify your identity, they should be able to look up information about your tickets and help get things sorted out nicely for you.

Good luck getting things resolved the way you need, Miranda. Please reach out here at planDisney again if you'd like additional advice and recommendations to help you make the most magical time at the Disneyland Resort.

    Take care, Miranda!
