Greetings, Anna!
I am delighted that you have brought your question to planDisney. Your inquiry is a great one. I know how much time and thought goes into planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. And sometimes despite all our planning efforts, things change.
Travel plans often need revision, and while
tickets to Walt Disney World are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you can change your dates on tickets that have not
expired. If you have already purchased Disney theme park tickets, and need to make changes, you can do so through
My Disney Experience. Listed under "My Plans" you will see any park tickets that you have linked to your account. Here you will select any tickets that you may need to change and choose the new arrival date. You can also change your dates on the My Disney Experience Mobile app. It is important to remember that Walt Disney World is utilizing a
Theme Park Reservation System. If you have specific parks in mind for certain days, be sure to check the
availability calendar before making any changes. If you do not have a My Disney Experience Account, Hakuna Matata. Creating an account is fast, easy, and will help you create all your upcoming Walt Disney World travel plans in one place. Once you have created the account, you can link any tickets by entering your confirmation number. Simply select the blue icon labeled "Park Tickets, followed by "Link Tickets". Input the requested information and just like magic, you will be able to make any necessary changes. Please note that this policy is regarding standard theme park tickets. Annual passes, Special Event Tickets, and third-party purchases may have different guidelines for refunds and changes. If you are unable to modify your tickets through your account, you may want to reach out to one of the super helpful Cast Members regarding
existing ticket modifications.
I hope that this information helps with your upcoming travels.
We hope to see ya real soon, Anna!
Tammy
