Hey there, Annette!
Thanks for bringing your question to us at
planDisney, we’re all EARs!
Oh no, I’m sad to hEAR that you are looking to refund your tickets. I hope this doesn’t mean that you have to cancel your visit! Unfortunately, according to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can, however, hang onto your tickets to use at a later day. As long as your
theme park tickets remain wholly unused, even if expired, they can be used towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket equal to or greater than the original purchase price. You’ll want to keep your tickets, or ticket information, safe until you are ready to use them!
Annette, keep in mind that when you do decide
to visit, you will need to schedule a
theme park reservation to go along with your tickets. Fingers crossed you do get to use those tickets soon! In the meantime, please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.
