Hi Susan, welcome to planDisney!
Theme park reservations are fluid and constantly changing as Guests can revise their reservations themselves from their
Disneyland Resort account. While
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, they are absolutely valid until their stated expiration date! So even if travel plans change, hopefully, you should have enough time to find another date that works for you! Also, if you are hoping to visit the parks on the date that is already fully booked, I would still monitor the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, as reservations can open up.
BUT, if your tickets happen to expire, Mickey and his pals got you covered! Per Disney's
eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Good news right?
AND, 2022 is a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort! The super fun
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is currently taking place until April 26, 2022. And that's not all! Something I'm extremely excited about is the Disneyland Resort bringing back its nighttime spectaculars this spring on April 22, 2022! The
Main Street Electrical Parade and
Disneyland Forever fireworks will be returning to Disneyland Park, and
World of Color will be returning to Disney California Adventure Park!
If you have any more questions, come back to visit us again!
See ya real soon!
