Are tickets refundable if something happens we couldn't make it?

    Hi Annabelle!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you are planning for a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I'm so happy to help you with your question. When purchasing Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, your tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

However, if you can't take your vacation at the planned time, I recommend rescheduling rather than cancelling. You will need to use the first use of your theme park tickets by December 31, 2019. So you have plenty of time to reschedule your trip and use your tickets if your plans or vacation dates need to change.

Please let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
