are my tickets refundable if i can’t go

    Hey there, Mimi.

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question. I see that you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in a few weeks.

I regret to inform you that Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, please rest assured that you’re able to reschedule your theme park reservation until your ticket’s expiration date. Depending on your ticket type, it will either expire on December 30, 2022 (for one-day ticket) or January 12, 2023 (for multi-day ticket or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first) if you purchased after the parks reopened in late April. Once you've determined new dates to visit the Disneyland Resort, feel free to make new theme park reservations!

Be sure to stay up-to-date with the latest park news by visiting Disney Parks Blog or following along Disneyland Resort’s official social media channels. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Wishing you a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
