Are the tickets refundable and/or rebookable? We are flying from overseas schedule for Disneyland on Jan 4. If we cannot fly due to border closures or quarantine requirements, can we refund the tickets? If not can we rebook at a later time?

Greetings Roshela, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I'm sorry to hear you may need to reschedule your winter getaway. With all of the changes, twists, and turns in our lives, the past two years have seemed like a trip on the wildest ride in the wilderness! Let's hope this train arrives smoothly at the station as soon as possible.

Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable, but you do have options if you aren't able to visit as planned. If you purchased multi-day tickets, they don't expire until January 12, 2023, or 13 days after their first use (whichever comes first), so you have quite some time to put together a trip. If you bought a one-day ticket, when the time is right for you to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth, you can use it on any day for which its tier is valid, or apply the amount paid to the price of a new ticket by calling (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will help you modify the ticket tier and pay any price differences necessary. Don't forget to make theme park reservations once you have chosen a new date to visit.

I will wish upon a star that your vacation goes as planned, and if not, that you can reschedule your trip to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park soon. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and if there's anything we can do to make future visits even more magical, don't hesitate to reach out again.

Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
