Hi there, Callie! Welcome to planDisney.
I see you are planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort in just a few days - how exciting is THAT? Let's see if we can get your ticket question sorted out so you can focus on the fun.
The rules for complimentary tickets can be tricky, so your best bet is to speak with a Cast Member on the Ticketing team. They can be reached by
calling (714) 781-4636. With so many Guests planning their Return to a Land of Magic, hold times are longer than usual right now, so please hang in there. With so many ticket types, it's truly the best way to get a correct answer and identify your next steps if the tickets cannot be used. (But I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that those tickets are still good!)
Once you figure out the tickets, you will need to make
Theme Park Reservations for your visit. At this time, many dates in June are full, so you may need to be flexible with your plans. My advice is to keep checking the
availability calendar - you never know when Guests might change their plans and create a magical opportunity.
One more note, Callie. Until June 15, 2021, only California residents may enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. A valid California ID may be requested before entering the parks for proof of residency. I see that your address is listed as out-of-state; if you have recently moved to California, be sure to update your address in your My Disneyland account before your visit, and bring your proof of residency.
Thank you for stopping by planDisney, and good luck with those tickets! As the Disneyland Resort's phased reopening continues, be sure to continue to read the
operational guidance and the
Disney Parks Blog to be sure you're aware of the latest health and safety guidelines and policies. If you have any further questions, please come back and see us!
Wishing you a great big beautiful tomorrow,
Robyn
