    Hello, We have 5 tickets purchases together for Saturday, however my dad can no longer go I need to switch it to a different name. Do I need to call to make the switch or can I go that on the app or on my profile online?

    I’m sorry to hear your dad can no longer join you, but don’t worry! You can reassign a totally unused theme park ticket to another person who is able to attend in his place. You’re not able to make this change yourself online or in the Disneyland mobile app, so please call Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist with this task prior to your group's arrival.
