Hi Tamera,
Welcome to planDisney! Hooray for having
theme park tickets! It is always my pleasure to greet a fellow North Carolinian.
If you have not done so already, create a
My Disney Experience account and
link those tickets in your account. If you can link them, you should be able to assign them to individuals in your party. Just be sure those folks are listed in your
Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. You may have to create profiles for folks and select the option to manage their plans or, if folks have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you can select the option to Add A Guest. The system will then prompt you to send them an invitation to connect - remember to use the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account.
Once the tickets are linked, I suggest you
contact a Cast Member by phone to check the status of those tickets. As long as they are still valid, you should be able to then make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit. Check the
theme park availability calendar to determine which parks are available for your anticipated travel dates.
As you continue to plan, I hope you take advantage of all of the digital tools with the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. You can use the mobile app to make
advanced dining reservations, to enter a theme park with
Disney MagicMobile service, and to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Tamera, if you have not considered booking at stay at one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, I hope that you will take a look at the options! We love Walt Disney World Resort hotels. They make us feel like we are right in the middle of the magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
