Can. Tickets purchased before be transferred to another family member. We bought tickets years ago and due to age & illness we have 6 days left on 2 different tickets that we can’t use but have children & grandchildren that are coming to Disney

    Hi Judy,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

Unfortunately, after a guest has used their ticket, it is non-transferable and can only be used by that person. In the past, I have been able to use the value of expired, unused tickets toward another purchase, but I can’t promise that will be an option for your tickets.

Here’s my suggestion, reach out to the Existing Tickets help desk and see what options, if any, might be available for those tickets since there are many days left on them. I would also suggest that you have your children close by when you call. This way, they can share the details of their Walt Disney World plans with the Cast Member as well. No promises here, but it’s definitely worth the ask!

If you can find your confirmation number for the tickets in your email or you have the physical cards with the ticket numbers on the back, that would be really helpful to have for the call. If the tickets are already linked in your My Disney Experience account, the Cast Member will have the info that they need.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful and I’m sending you all the pixie dust. If you have any other planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
