Michele from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We have the tickets purchased and reservations made. We put our names on the tickets as we were going to be going as a family but instead now our daughter and a few of her friends are going to use the tickets. Do we need to change the names?

    Hi there Michele,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question, we are happy you are here!  I think you have just won parent of the year by spreading some Disney magic along to your daughter and her friends, I am sure they are going to have a wonderful time at Disneyland Resort!

Since you already have your Theme Park Tickets and Theme Park Reservations made, there is no need to worry.  Once your daughter and her friends first scan their Theme Park Tickets and walk through the turnstiles, a Cast Member will take their pictures and the tickets will be properly assigned to them.  There is no need to change the name in advance, everything will be taken care of once they arrive.

Even though you are no longer visiting with your daughter, I do recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog as well as the official Disneyland Resort website for any new information regarding all things Disney.  Hopefully you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon, and you can experience some Disney magic as well.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
