Hi, I have 4 tickets that were purchased before the pandemic. Two of the tickets expired on June 15, 2020 and the other two expired on December 30, 2020. Can these tickets still be used? If so, what do I need to do to use them? Thanks, Dorothy

    Hi Dorothy,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question.  I was so excited to hear that after such a long closure, Disneyland Resort is now open!  I think we could all use some more Disney magic in our lives.

With the temporary closure last year, many Theme Park Tickets have had their expiration dates automatically extended to December 16, 2021.  In order to use your Theme Park Tickets you will need to link them to your Disney Account. To do this, visit the official Disneyland Resort website and sign into your Disney Account. Next, over the "My Disneyland" tab, scroll down and select Link Tickets". On this page, follow the prompts to add your Theme Park Tickets.

Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, you will need to make Theme Park Reservations for each day you would like to visit.  Guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you enter a Theme Park.  Theme Park Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and are currently being released on a rolling basis.  If you know what dates you would like to visit, I strongly recommend making your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible since capacity is limited.

If once your Theme Park Tickets are linked and you are not able to make Theme Park Reservations, you will need to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to further assist with your Theme Park Tickets. If by chance you are not able to use your Theme Park Tickets prior to the extended expiration date, don't worry, the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Ticket can be used toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission.

I hope you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon, Dorothy.  Please come back to planDisney if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
